Official Rules RCG101

RCG101 OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, QUEBEC, PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

Participation in the “RCG101” (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Rude Clothes Company (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, or Google.

I. ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding Florida and New York), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their province/state of residence, which is 19 in some Canadian provinces) at the time of entry. Void in Florida, New York, Quebec, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, U.S. military installations outside the U.S., and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible. Household/email limit: If a single household (by address) registers more than five (5) unique email addresses, Sponsor may disqualify all entries from that household. Prior winner ineligibility: Any individual who has won a sweepstakes or contest prize from Sponsor within the past twelve (12) months is ineligible.

All federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply.

II. HOW TO ENTER There are two (2) methods:

A. Automatic Entry via Purchase During the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD spent (excluding taxes, shipping/handling, discounts, and gift card redemptions) on eligible merchandise from the SHOP section of the Website (including New Releases, Best Sellers, Men’s Clothing, Women’s Clothing, Headwear, Gifts & Accessories, and related subcategories) at https://rudeclothes.com/.

If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, or charged back before the drawing, associated entries will be void.

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds, as each product is made to order. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to the giveaway and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with or alter entries for the giveaway prizes.

Entry Multipliers. From time to time, Sponsor may announce multiplier offers (e.g., 10X, 25X, 50X, 100X, 150X) where each $1 USD spent equals multiple entries. Multiplier details (dates/amounts/applicable products) will be posted on the Website and/or official social channels.

Bonus Items. Certain exclusive/bundled items may grant additional entries as displayed on the relevant product page(s).

Anti-fraud. Entries obtained via automated means (script, macro, bot, or similar), by purchase-and-return schemes, or via any third-party entry services are void and may result in permanent disqualification.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Legibly hand-print on a 3” x 5” card or paper your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Mail in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Rude Clothes Company – RCG101 Giveaway Entry 3120 Southwest Fwy, Ste 101 PMB 904608 Houston, Texas 77092-4520

All AMOE entries must be postmarked by April 15th, 2026 and received by April 18th, 2026. Each valid mail-in received equals twenty (20) entries. During a posted Bonus/Multiplier Period, a mail-in may receive the applicable multiplier if the entrant clearly hand-writes the multiplier (e.g., “150X”) on the lower right-hand corner of the envelope and the postmark date falls within the posted period; otherwise, the base twenty (20) entries will be awarded. If the multiplier written does not match the postmark window, the multiplier will not apply.

  • Handwritten only by the entrant; no photocopies, mechanical reproductions, or third-party assistance.
  • Each envelope must be mailed individually; bulk shipments will not be accepted.
  • Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or postage-due mail.

III. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD Begins 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on February 5th, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. CT on April 30th, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

IV. WINNER SELECTION; ODDS; NOTIFICATION One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, to occur on or about May 5th, 2026. Sponsor may conduct the drawing publicly via its social media channels and/or through a third-party administrator at Sponsor’s discretion.

ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner via phone and/or email using the information provided. The potential winner must complete, sign, and return required documentation (including IRS Form W-9, Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any other requested forms) within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, fails to complete required documents, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate may be selected (up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize may remain unawarded).

Canadian residents only: In addition to the above, the potential winner from Canada must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone (or other method at Sponsor’s discretion) to claim the prize. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
