How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process, provide your shipping details, and complete the payment.
Is this legit?
Hell yes, we're legit, Texas-legit, and then some. We're right here in the Lone Star State, and Texas doesn't play games once a Giveaway is publicly offered, state law requires us to award it. No backsies, no"psych!", no escape pod. We're locked in, boots on, engine running.
And just to make it even more ironclad, we had to post a surety bond with the state, cold hard cash we'd straight-up forfeit if we pulled any funny business or failed to deliver. That's not optional; it's the legal handcuffs making sure winners actually get their prize.
Beyond that, we have multiple merchant processors demanding full verification, ID checks, KYC nightmares, you name it. Shopify? They’ve got their own fortress of approval layers we had to blast through just to run a shop and giveaways at this level.
So yeah, we're not just legit... we're over-verified, over-bonded, over-regulated, and over-committed to the point of no return. If we weren't 100% the real deal, we'd have been shut down faster than a bad Tinder date ghosting after the first "u up?"

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our website
What is your return policy?
We’re a print-on-demand business, so all items are custom-made just for you once the order is placed. For that reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds (except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or shipping damage, contact us right away if that happens).

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please check our shipping information for details. However, only residents of the US and Canada qualify for the Giveaways.
My order hasn't shipped yet—what's the timeline?
Since everything is print-on-demand, orders typically ship in 3–7 business days (longer during peak times or for custom bundles). You'll get a tracking email the moment it leaves our facility. If it's been over 10 days, hit us up at sales@rudeclothes.com with your order number, we'll track it down for you!
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once your order hits production (usually pretty quick), it's a done deal, no changes, cancellations, or refunds, since it's custom-printed just for you. Double-check your size, and color you checkout. If something's wrong (damage/defect), contact us ASAP after delivery, we've got your back.
What if I receive a damaged item?
